Our order form states any costs which will be required to cover shipping and handling and we reserve the right not to delivered any orders anywhere outside of mainland United Kingdom including Scottish Isles,  Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.

There will be additional charges where the goods are to be redirected to an other address than the one initially stated on the order and when more than one attempt to make the delivery has been done. Please note that the radiators are heavy goods and will be deliver to the ground floor of your premises only and to minimise any risk of accidental damage and for health and safety reasons with goods of over 20 kg you may be asked to provide some form of assistance.
